LIf you arrive before 8am, please sign the list. After you sign the list you must stay on premis until 8am when we give out numbers. Please one number per person, and in fairness to everyone, please sign only people actually present. After numbers are given to all, you can get numbers for others. If you sign and leave, your name may be crossed off and you will receive a higher number. After you get you number, you can leave until sale time. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN HELP FOR MOVING LARGE FURNITURE PIECES. WE DO NOT HAVE STAFF AVAILABLE FOR MOVING ITEMS. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BEFORE 3PM SATURDAY, UNLESS YOU HAVE MADE PRIOR ARRAINGMENTS. USUALLY THE HOME MUST BE EMPTY BY SATURDAY NIGHT, AND WE THEN START ANOTHER SALE. PLEASE CHECK TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE TAKEN ALL YOUR ITEMS. WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LEFT ITEMS, AND GETTING THEM TO YOU AT ANOTHER TIME. ALSO PLEASE KEEP IN MIND, THAT WITH REGARD TO PRICE, WE ARE WORKING FOR A CLIENT, OFTEN INVOLVING A LOSS, OR A CHANGE IN LIFE. THESE ITEMS DO NOT BELONG TO US. TRY TO THINK IF WE WERE WORKING FOR YOU, AND THESE WERE YOUR ITEMS. WE TRY HARD TO BE FAIR TO OUR CUSTOMERS, AND CLIENT ALIKE. OUR PRICES ARE FIRM THE FIRST DAY AND WE STRIVE HARD TO FAIR TO ALL. SOMETIMES WE CAN NEGOTIATE ON SOME ITEMS AFTER NOON ON SATURDAY, AND WE DO SELECTED MARKDOWNS ON SOME ITEMS. WE DO NOT DO A GENERIC HALF OFF.
