We open at 9:00 a.m. Friday morning and signup sheet will be out at 7:30, we will call names at 9:00 - you MUST BE PRESENT at that time, if we call your name and you are unavailable, you will lose your spot - we appreciate your patience.
Cash and credit cards accepted - NO Personal Checks - 3% convenience fee on all credit/debit card purchases over $300.
All sales are based on first come, first served only, and you must be on site at premises to make purchases. Please do not call, text or email requesting prices.
Items are being sold AS-IS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL - with NO RETURNS, REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. Items are in used condition with no written or assumed guarantee.
Please be careful when handling items, if you break it - you buy it.
Please bring your own bags and boxes for purchases and "SOLD" tags for the items you cannot carry while shopping.
Staff at sale is unable to help load heavy items. Please bring appropriate vehicle for hauling, dolly if needed and help for loading. All items must be removed from premises by 3 p.m. Saturday afternoon.
