ONSITE AND STREET PARKING.

LIST ON THE BACK DOOR AT 7AM. SIGN UP, GRAB A COFFEE OR BREAKFAST. RETURN BY 9:45AM FOR ROLL CALL.

ALL ITEMS SOLD AS-IS. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED.

Depending on the size of each property, we may restrict the number of shoppers inside at one time.

Please bring helpers and an appropriate vehicle to assist you with moving and hauling any large items. Pick-ups for a later date (Sunday, etc.) are possible with a deposit or full payment. Please consider tipping our crew if they carry heavy items out for you, but we prefer you to move items yourself.

We accept all major credit cards & Venmo ($10 min for cards and Venmo). We accept Cash of course. Cash preferred. No checks will be accepted. No valuables left on-site. Caretaker on-site. Property is monitored.

We will consider reasonable offers made and Sundays are always 50% off. Fine Jewelry is typically only 30% off on Sundays. However, Some items may be on reserve price or open to bids.

If you are sick, please stay home and feel better. We will have plenty of other sales in the future that you can join us at.

Please be aware and compassionate that we are usually having a sale for a family that recently lost loved ones. As such, sometimes our clients decide last minute to withhold certain items for sale due to sentimental reasons. Although we try our best to photograph only what is available to sell, sometimes things get missed. Thanks for your understanding.

Welcome to Blueberry Farm Estate Sale - Boring!. This is a three level home with large shop building and there is so much here! There will be loads of stuff to dig through. We look forward to seeing you!

First off, here is some logistical information:

Address for the sale will post at 7am on Friday.
House is monitored via alarm system. Caretaker onsite. Do not disturb.
There IS a list for this sale. List is on the back door at 7am! Sign your name on the list and return by 9:45am for roll call. Please note:
PARKING IS ON THE PROPERTY and Road. DO NOT BLOCK THE STREET ACCESS OR NEIGHBORS PROPERTIES. BE CAREFUL ON THE BUSY MAIN ROAD.
We do NOT share the address ahead of time.
This sale is in Boring off hwy 26.
The sale starts at 10am.
Be mindful of signage.

Estate sale homes can be dusty, musty, have uneven surfaces, have spiders, etc. Please feel free to wear a mask if you are sensitive to dust. Wear comfortable shoes and watch your step.
