Welcome to our Caring Hands Estate Sale! We appreciate you shopping with us and ask that you please respect the home, property, neighbors, and fellow shoppers.

PAYMENT: Cash, Venmo, and credit/debit cards accepted.

CREDIT CARD FEE: If you use a credit card, we will charge an additional 3% fee and any applicable taxes to help offset processing costs. This is not more than we pay in fees.

ALL SALES FINAL: All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. Please inspect items carefully before purchasing. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or warranties.

FURNITURE & LARGE ITEMS: Buyers are responsible for moving and transporting their purchases. Please bring adequate help and appropriate vehicles for furniture and heavy items. Staff may not be available to assist with loading.

SAFETY: Please use caution while shopping and follow any posted signs or restricted areas. Children must remain supervised at all times.

PARKING: Please be courteous to our neighbors. Do not block driveways, mailboxes, gates, or roadway access. Keep the estate driveway clear for loading large purchases.

HOLDS: Items are not considered sold until payment has been received. We cannot guarantee items will remain available while you leave to obtain payment or transportation.
