PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING FOR OUR SALES:
1. We NEVER DO SIGNUPS, LISTS, or NUMBERS. It's always first come, first in.
2. Please do not call about prices. The many regular shoppers that come to our sales know that we price things reasonably.
3. Please bring help to move large or heavy or bulky items. We do no heavy lifting. Be ready to give a tip to our staff, if you want furniture or other large items moved for you.
4. We are NOT responsible for any personal injuries or property damage that may occur at the sale site.
5. Do not bring large zippered or otherwise closed containers (i.e. Backpacks, large purses). We provide shopping baskets.
6. We accept all major credit cards and cash, of course. We do NOT take checks. Please note that there is a 3% convenience fee for cards.
7. The houses we work at are alarmed and/or are under 24/7 watch. Also, our sales may have security cameras and professional security staff present. Shoplifters will be prosecuted.
8. We aim to provide a fun and pleasant shopping experience for everyone. As such, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who we deem foul. General grouchiness and crotchetiness are OK, but wickedness and vileness are NOT.

PARKING: ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY, THERE ARE ONLY ABOUT 30 PARKING SPOTS IN THE WAREHOUSE COMPLEX - THOSE IN FRONT OF RIVER CITY GLASS. THIS IS A WORKING WAREHOUSE COMPLEX AND THERE’S LOTS OF TRAFFIC (FORKLIFTS, TRACTOR TRAILERS, ETC.), ESPECIALLY DURING THE WORKDAYS. YOU’LL NEED TO PARK ALONG SE CAPPS RD AND ANY OTHER STREETS NEARBY. THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION!

CASH/CARD: WE ACCEPT CASH AND CARD, BUT PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE WILL BE A 3% TRANSACTION FEE FOR ALL CARD TRANSACTIONS. ALSO, THERE IS A $20 MINIMUM FOR CARD TRANSACTIONS.
RESTROOMS: SORRY, THERE ARE NO BATHROOMS IN THE WAREHOUSE. HOWEVER, WE HAVE PROVIDED TWO PORTA JOHNS FOR SHOPPER USE - THEY ARE LOCATED OUTSIDE NEXT TO THE ENCLOSED AREA OUT IN FRONT.
HOLDING AREA: THE HOLDING AREA WILL BE OUTSIDE BEHIND THE CASH REGISTERS.
WAITING IN LINE: WE HAVE NO IDEA HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL SHOW UP, BUT THE LINE MAY SO LONG THAT WE WON’T BE ABLE TO LET EVERYONE IN AT SOME POINT. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO KEEP THE LINE MOVING AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE!
Please note that this sale will take place from July 28th to August 5th, 2018. We are unable to post a sale for longer than 4 days on this website - that is why you see it listed in three time blocks: July 28th - July 31st, August 1st - August 3rd, and August 4th - 5th.

This sale features props, costumes, clothes, equipment, materials, furniture, and set decoration used in two TV shows - Leverage and The Librarians. The 15,000+ sq. ft. Warehouse is packed with incredible stuff.
The main set (The Annex) for The Librarians was carefully deconstructed and much of the iconic pieces of the set have been salvaged: the faux stain glass panels, metal railing, the Excalibur portal doors, sconces, lamps, various metalwork, card catalogue drawers and drawer plates, library ladder, door archway plaques inscribed “Nam Et Ipsa Scientia Potestas Est”, etc. And most of the furniture in the set is available in the sale such as Jenkin’s desk, Flynn’s desk, the main table/desk in the Library, gorgeous antique furniture, some bookcases, an antique card catalog, gooseneck lamps, etc., and there are some props from this main set as well.
There’s an incredible assortment of items in this sale as the two shows spanned NINE seasons in total!!!
And there are some items from the movie ‘Bad Samaritan’ and
