**LARGE ITEMS BRING HELP TO LOAD**
With all the large items, you will need help to move them; please prepare in advance. Our staff is not able to move furniture or large items.
We will limit those shopping as the house is FULL. For your convenience we do have a HOLD area. Well behaved children welcome but parents, please keep them with you for their safety; house is NOT child proof.
Jewelry: ONE person at a time at jewelry counter.; your manners are appreciated. All jewelry will be held until purchase.
NO CALLS or TEXT for pricing or availability. My priority is to the customers who take the time to visit IN PERSON. Show up at 9am when Sunday sale opens for best selection.
STAIRS in this home. Video surveillance throughout the home. There is a caretaker on site, please don’t walk the property & we do close promptly at 3pm each day.

We accept CASH (no large bills), credit/debit cards & Apple Pay with Square at a 3% fee.
