Hello! Welcome to the lovely 31st street estate sale in northwest Corvallis. Come inside and see what we’ve got in store. Even if you aren’t looking for that unique something, or are not in the mood to do some Christmas shopping, you *must* come check out this adorable neo classic home built in 1926. This is a two-story home with a basement and lots of stairs, and a beautiful backyard.

Let’s begin our tour upstairs. In the main bedroom you will be greeted by a handsome queen-sized platform bed with headboard and attached nightstands, lots of cozy flannel linens, blankets and bedspreads, a walnut drop leaf Duncan Phyfe style table with lion paw feet (2 extra leaves included) and harp backed dining room chairs (2), a variety of men and women's clothing (various sizes), a darling bookcase with cathedral window cutouts, and an art deco brass coat tree. In the next bedroom you will find two twin-sized mattress and boxspring sets with frames, a lime washed blonde oak desk, glass topped corner table, lots of blankets and pillows and sheets, an antique cane seat chair, a variety of men and women’s clothing (various sizes), as well as men’s footwear.

Next, let’s sashay on down to the main floor. On this level, you will be pleased to see a lovely collection of antique and contemporary books and literature, lots of artwork (including prints and originals), TV and computer monitors, office and craft supplies, a queen-sized mocha brown inkwell sofa bed, floor and table lamps, a darling set of pastel Franciscan plate-ware and serving dishes, two dark blue mid century upholstered modular chairs with a walnut finish, a beautiful wood dining table with Mies Van der rohe cantilevered natural ratan chairs (6), a lovely bokhara style Persian rug, and so much more!

Throughout the home, you will find a beautiful collection of furniture originating from North and South Germany, as well as England. Pieces include an elegantly carved Eiche Barock table, Worpswede chairs (2), a gorgeous walnut Biedermeier buffet hutch, a grand historismus mirror (total showstopper!), a handsome gateleg table (with collapsible ends), and granite topped oak coffee table with delicately carved drawer and legs.

In the kitchen, feast your eyes upon a dazzling selection of German Fissler pots (works with induction!), mid century denby serving dishes, both white and clear dishware, tadinate italian pottery, sake glasses, a roasting pan, a mid century pottery tea set, coffee carafes, ore dishware (with handles!), and a fun selection of cooking slices.

Scoot on over to the prettiest pinkest bathroom you’ve ever seen and check out the nice selection of towels, toiletries, trinkets, and paper goods.

Next, head on down to the basement. Here you will see a singer sewing machine, pottery, chemicals, cookware, plastic tubs and bins, Christmas lights, hand and power tools, a CoronaMatic 8000 Smith Corona typewriter with hard case, a beautiful brass floor lamp, a Carl Reese continental typewriter, a modest selection of Christmas, decorations, and holiday wrapping paper.

Head back upstairs and pop out into the cold to brave what the backyard has in store. Here, you will see a variety of garden supplies and tools, bird houses, outdoor patio furniture, two wooden picnic tables with accompanying benches, hoses, 2 aluminum ladders, a propane lantern, a pair of rain boots, and more!

Parking will be a bit of a beast here in the historic college hill neighborhood, but this sale will definitely be worth it! We can’t wait to see you! 🐝
