Estate Sale this weekend in Corvallis

Howdy! Welcome to the Wonderful Western Boulevard estate sale! This estate has some absolute delights, and we are pretty excited to share them with you. From original art pieces to locally-made furniture - there are so many unique and creative things for you to explore.

Let’s embark on this expedition in the kitchen. Here, feast your eyes on a lovely selection of Corelle plate ware, a wooden maple dining table with chairs (4), pots and pans, a digital Cuisinart coffee maker, an electric coffee grinder, an electric hand-mixer, paper goods, a beautiful honey-colored wooden console table, an original Japanese art piece that contains antique hairpins and a washi paper frame, and a modest selection of kitchen utensils and cutlery.

Let’s wiggle over to the living room. Here, rest your eyes on a beautiful heather-gray Biltwell sofa (made in Oregon!), with a reversible ottoman and matching throw pillows, two handsome IMG leather recliners, a wooden side and coffee table, both table and floor lamps, an original 1971 watercolor painting, an original 1970 graphite drawing, and a gorgeous collection of locally-made coil pottery.

Pop on over to the sunroom and check out the wooden corner desk with a matching filing cabinet, a Brother HL-2140 laser printer, an Epson printer/scanner combo, a variety of office supplies, a black metal shelving unit with wooden shelves, more locally-made coil pottery, and an ergonomic black swivel office chair.

Mosey on over to the laundry room, where you will find a healthy collection of chemicals and cleaning supplies, as well as a full-sized ironing board and a digital iron.

Next door in the office, there are 2 fantastic work tables with attached dressers, a variety of rolling computer chairs, fabrics, and linens, storage bins, a white metal desk lamp with clamp, a darling white wooden side table with a matching table lamp, and a tropical beach-themed art print.

In the main bedroom, you will find a locally-made West Castle bedroom suite with an accompanying King-size mattress and a platform bed frame, a variety of white cubby bookcases, box, and oscillating fans, handmade wool-batted quilts, blankets, and linens, a white folding desk lamp, and some dog-themed framed art pieces.

Waltz out back to the patio and check out a variety of gardening supplies and patio furniture, bird feeders and seed, a variety of potted plants, a Louisville metal step ladder (10’), an aluminum extension ladder (16’), and a fun but modest selection of metal yard art.

Next door in the garage, there is a Stihl weed wacker, an electric Kobalt leaf blower, a metal wheelbarrow, chemicals and fertilizers, a variety of hand and power tools, gardening tools, landscaping pebbles and rocks, mosaic art supplies, hoses galore, and a pair of folding sawhorses.

But wait - that’s not all! Swing on back a bit further into the backyard yard and explore the adorable attached dwelling unit that sits under a canopy of mixed conifer trees. In and around the cottage, you will find mock wood flooring panels, green rolled fencing, a wooden console table, a charming round maple wood dining table and chairs (2), a cherry wood table with mock-granite top, a black leather lounge chair, a black leather ottoman, a wooden butcher block island, pots and pans, mixing bowls, and pottery bowls, a like-new full-sized Casper mattress with a platform bed frame, and a matching wood dresser and side table.
