Description & Details

This exceptional collection opens with true holy grails for serious collectors, including an original 1976 AC/DC 'Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap' on Albert Productions from Australia, a sealed AC/DC 'High Voltage' 1976 US first pressing on ATCO Records, and Alice Cooper's 1969 debut 'Pretties for You' on Straight Records original pink label pressing. Pink Floyd is represented across nine titles spanning their entire classic catalog, including two copies of 'The Dark Side of the Moon' on the US Harvest label. Led Zeppelin appears across five titles including an early Monarch pressing of Led Zeppelin II and 'Physical Graffiti' on Swan Song with inner sleeves. Jazz collectors will want to examine Lot 132 closely — it includes a Miles Davis 'Bags' Groove' on Prestige 7109 with the original yellow Long Playing Microgroove label and hand-etched RVG signature of Rudy Van Gelder, confirming an original first pressing. Additional highlights include a posthumous Steve Gaines solo LP on MCA with Lynyrd Skynyrd liner notes, a hand-signed Rail 'Arrival' on Dynasty Records, and Giorgio Moroder's Battlestar Galactica soundtrack confirmed as a genuine radio station promo. Spanning the late 1960s through the 1980s, this wide-ranging collection covers rock, hard rock, progressive, jazz, and singer-songwriter genres, featuring original pressings, gatefolds, rare label variants, and albums that defined multiple generations of serious record collecting. Browse every lot carefully — these are the kinds of records that don't surface together often
