Please be mindful and do not block driveways, other cars or street traffic. This home is on a street with drainage gulleys on each side of the road. Parking is available on the property itself. Once gates open, drive up the private road and follow all parking signs.

Please bring helpers and an appropriate vehicle to assist you with moving and hauling any large items. Pick-ups for a later date (Sunday, etc.) are possible with a deposit or full payment.

We accept all major credit cards, venmo and charge a 3% fee for those payment options. We accept Cash of course. No checks will be accepted. No valuables left on-site. Caretaker on-site. Property is monitored.

We will consider reasonable offers made and Sundays are always 50% off. Fine Jewelry is typically only 30% off on Sundays. However, Some items may be on reserve price or open to bids.

Attending a sale is a voluntary act and Thompson’s Estate Services, LLC and the homeowner are not responsible for any accidents that may occur on the premises during the sale.

ALL ITEMS SOLD AS-IS. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED.

We will be following ALL COVID-19 REQUIRED & RECOMMENDED PROTOCOLS during our sales. Depending on the size of each property, we may restrict the number of shoppers inside at one time. A mask is PREFFERED for entry for any person age 2 and up. If you are sick, please stay home and feel better. We will have plenty of other sales in the future that you can join us at.

Welcome to this absolutely epic and extremely packed Estacada “Apple of my Eye” Farm Sale. This property is located on a 20 acre apple orchard and farm. This property and all its belongings represent multiple generations and the couple who lived here had a dream to open an apple cider business. They were also avid collectors and lived remarkable lives. You truly do not want to miss this one!

First off, here is some logistical information:

Address for the sale will post at 7am on Friday July 28th, 2023.
This sale is in Estacada, OR, just a few minutes from the main town.
Gates will open at 8am, the sale starts at 10am.
There will be NO list for this sale. There will be two lines to enter.
This sale is SUPER packed so plan to stay awhile. There will also be other sale weekends in August with all new inventory.
There will be a bathroom for the public to use.
We will have some light refreshments available.
This property is a farm and parking will be on the property gravel or grassy areas. There is NO street parking. Parking will be on an open field.
Unfortunately, this property may be challenging to navigate for the mobility challenged. There will be some designated parking for those who need to limit their walking and stay close to the house.
Sunday of each weekend will be discounted. Most likely we will do bag day!
