This is a very full house, there is definitely something for everyone, and we have priced it accordingly.

Come on by and see what we have and help this family clean this house out.

The “rules”

We will have a sign up sheet. Small house and steps into the house!

Parking on the street – {driveway is for large purchase pick ups only}

NO public bathroom.

Forms of payment: Cash and Card [the card has a  3% convenience fee added to the sale]

Here is a partial list of some of the things you will find in this lovely home:

Furniture:  antique church pew, antique tall cabinet, upholstered armless chair, recliner (no ottoman) in great condition, bookcases of all kinds throughout, dining table and chairs, twin bed and bunk beds, wicker&wood dresser and nightstand set, rosewood secretary desk along with other desks, sofa table, tv stands, several great dressers, and a few other pieces. Two twin mattresses and a queen Tepurpedic mattress in fabulous shape.

Lots of historical items, old papers, articles and ephemera. Antique books & some modern ones also. 

Fun costume jewelry, frames, glassware, lamps, and lots of pretty throw pillows.

Art supplies: paints, a few brushes, color pencils, canvas and paper pads, and a few containers of beads. 

Camera stuff, and electronics including a nice sound system. Old record albums too.

Office supplies, and lots of great baskets!

Kids toys (see pictures)

Nautical home decor: sailing ship models, lots of shells and old floats, brass items including a large ships wheel, and old bottles. Vintage Navy uniforms and coastguard items.

Small amount of Christmas decor. 

We have lots of clothes: men’s XL-XXL and women’s S-M. A few men’s shoes and lots of nice brand women’s shoes in size 81/2. (found in several areas of the house)

Do you need medical kit supplies?, we have them. A plethora of bandages, med tape, gauze, and more. 

Cleaning supplies and canned goods we also have.  

In the kitchen: dish sets, mixing bowls, pots and pans, flatware and ….

Full garage!!- hand tools, power tools -inc. chop saw, table saw and circular saw, and lots of miscellaneous stuff to dig through. Extension cords, yard tools and more. 

Outside you’ll find bicycles, skis, patio set, old glass  lid canning jars, rocks, suitcases, misc yard stuff, and so much more including Lg potted plants. Fly rods, garden stuff [bird baths] and cleaning supplies.

Need a work out, we have hand weights, a step, yoga mat and an exercise bike.
