*I may not be able to answer messages related to items in the sale. If you are interested in something pictured, come by during sale hours.
*Doors open at 9am. No sign up sheet. No line placeholders like baskets or bags, must be present to line up.
*There is limited parking and road is narrow. Carpooling is encouraged and wear walking shoes. Always respect neighbors and parking laws. Driveway is reserved for loading only. Do not block driveway.
*Bring help to load large items.
*All sales are final.
*Site is secure and under video surveillance.
*Cash (preferred), Venmo and most cards accepted (with 3% fee)
*By entering the property you assume responsibility for your own safety. Pink Flamingo Estate Sales and the homeowner will not be held liable for any injury, loss or damage while on the property.
