Make sure to check the beginning of the ad to see if there will be a sign-up sheet, and if there is one, you must physically go to the estate sale address to sign up on that list. IMPORTANT: The list is put out at 8am on the first day of the sale (usually a Friday) and are only used for the first day of the sale. You do not need to be on the list to gain entry.
