The Details,

1. Sign-up sheet: We will be there by 8:30am and you can sign up to hold your place in line [and then leave to get breakfast, coffee, or whatever] and we will open at 10 am.

(no sheet before 8:30am will be accepted)

1. Bring help for large items!!!
2. No public bathroom
3. Forms of payment taken: Cash and Card [the card has a 3% convenience fee added to the sale]
4. All sales are final. Items sold are as is. No returns, refunds or exchanges.
5. Please be respectful of the home and all the neighboring properties.
6. Enter the property at your own risk. The homeowner and the estate company are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property.

Now onto the fun stuff! This house is full. There is a wide variety to choose from which makes it fun for all. So come on up and I’m sure you’ll find a treasure.

Toys: match box cars and airplanes, stuffed animals, lunch boxes, micky mouse stuff, Pinochino, model trains, buildings and track. Some sport rackets, and baseball cards.

Holiday: Christmas items – Dept.56 houses along with other village pieces and some off brand too. Lights and garland. A few Halloween items.

Knick knacks: ducks, vases, candle holders, Native American décor, magazines, books, and record albums. Ducks stuff.

Exercise equip.: Inversion table, mini trampoline, stationary bike, and hand weights.

Samsung TV, Sony boom box, stereo equip., AV equip., binoculars, camera

Backyard-patio items, table and chairs, small sheds, fountain, pots and décor

Kitchen: pot and pans, china dishes, glasses, utensils, and baking dishes.

Furniture, Full mattress set, headboard and frame, nightstands, end tables, dressers, coffee tables, recliners, sofa, TV stand/cabinet, small bookshelves, storage shelves, movie cabinet, fireplaces, dining tables and chairs.
