You do not need to be on the list to gain entry. It is only if you want to be among the first people through the door. Sign-up Sheets are not at every sale. Make sure to check the beginning of the ad to see if there will be a sign-up sheet, and if there is one, you must physically go to the estate sale address to sign up on that list. This will be a very vibrant, colorful and fun sale. Our clients are downsizing and have left many wonderful treasures. This home is furnished with a host of quality furnishings and brands everyone knows. So many unique decor and kitchen items, furniture pieces, art work and a full garage too with household overflow, some tools, Kenmore Stainless Steel French Door Refrigerator w/Ice Maker, Small Beverage/Wine Refrigerator w/Glass Door, and a large Ping Pong Table.
