HOUSE & TOOL SALE

This Friday and Saturday, December 4th and 5th, we have estate sale #2, ON Carrollwood, about 1/2 mile from the Midway sale.   9 am to 3 pm (or later.)
This is the Estate of RON KNAPP.  He was a legend with Yamaha and welding.   This estate has so much of both.   They tried to have a shop sale, but almost a year later,  this is his entire estate.   Shop, welding supply business,  all that's left of his Yamaha career.   There's a house full,  AND IT NEEDS TO BE CLEARED OUT.   The house sold and it needs all its contents to find new homes.    Tons of tools, all that's left of welding parts company.  *****ALL THE SHOP TOOLS HAVE BEEN MARKED AT,  OR OVER 50% OF PREVIOUS SALE PRICES.    (The dot system is easily explained.  Lol.)
The house is full of nice items.  Nice little jewelry collection,  knife collection,  nice little coin collection,  Hacienda Heights furniture, mid century furniture, really nice couch and love seat and two Cal. King beds plus much more. There is a stereo, entertainment center, televisions, roll top desk, a little something for everyone.
There is a garage full of awesome items too.   It's the shop though, if you're looking for tools.
