GRANTS PASS DOUBLE ESTATE

JP's is excited to host our next estate sale.  This one will be held on October 7th & 8th, in Grants Pass.  For this estate sale we have combined 2 estates.   The first estate is that of the past home owner.  The second estate is  half the tools and ancillary items from the Miles Comstock/VALLEY EQUIPMENT RENTAL estate (items not being auctioned by I5 Auctions in November.)

As for the home,  the heirs left some cute items.  
Some nice, smaller curios, a large curio cabinet,  and a hutch.   There are 2 kitchen table sets.  Lots of small appliances.   Lots of silverware and serving items/utensils.     A few awesome pieces of PYREX.  Some pretty crystal.   Some nice quality art and craft supplies.  Book shelves,  An old Singer sewing machine.   A few nice chairs.   A couple smaller couches.   A newer desk station.  2 bedroom sets with nice,  clean queens.   Lots of cleaning items.  A patio set.   A few other patio items.  Some camping gear.  Some beautiful clothing and quality shoes.    Some nice linens.  

As for the tools and such from the Valley Equipment rental, there is a lot.  
Numerous hitches and balls and hitch pins.  
Numerous 5 gallon buckets of the Purple Power cleaner and decreaser.  
Numerous larger nuts and bolts.  
Many gas cans and Oil cans.  
A large Stihl chainsaw.   
Many electric tools and a lot of sets of hand tools.   
So many extra buffing pads, sand paper and cleaners for machines he rented.  
So many boxes of nails.   Mostly PASLOAD AND HITACHI tools. 
There are 9 big, black cement and mud tubs.  
Yard tools.
Several ladders.   
Landscaping tools.  
Lots of cement tools.  
Large tool box (Miles smallest.)   
I've taken out all the Craftsman and made into sets. 
Numerous cleaners, decreasers and aerosol items.  
And so much more to list.   

Again, this Friday and Saturday, 9am to 4pm in Grants Pass.  Off HARBECK & WILLIAMS HWY. Also...  Behind Asante and the Allen Creek shopping center.
