GATE WILL OPEN AT 9AM PROMPTLY. YOU MUST PARK ON THE PROPERTY. THERE IS NO STREET PARKING.

NO LIST FOR THIS SALE. FIRST COME FIRST IN. Numbers will be handed out to cars as they enter the gate to make line up less stressful.

ALL ITEMS SOLD AS-IS. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED.

Depending on the size of each property, we may restrict the number of shoppers inside at one time.

Please bring helpers and an appropriate vehicle to assist you with moving and hauling any large items. Pick-ups for a later date (Sunday, etc.) are possible with a deposit or full payment. Please consider tipping our crew if they carry heavy items out for you.

We accept all major credit cards & Venmo. We accept Cash of course. No checks will be accepted. No valuables left on-site. Caretaker on-site. Property is monitored.

We will consider reasonable offers made and Sundays are always 50% off. Fine Jewelry is typically only 30% off on Sundays. However, Some items may be on reserve price or open to bids.

If you are sick, please stay home and feel better. We will have plenty of other sales in the future that you can join us at.

Please be aware and compassionate that we are usually having a sale for a family that recently lost loved ones. As such, sometimes our clients decide last minute to withhold certain items for sale due to sentimental reasons. Although we try our best to photograph only what is available to sell, sometimes things get missed. Thanks for your understanding.

First off, here is some logistical information:

Address for the sale will post at 7am on Friday.
There is NO list for this sale, it is first come first line up. We plan to hand out numbers to each car as you drive on property. That way you can park and walk up to the line with ease. Please note:
GATE OPENS AT 9AM.
PARKING IS ON THE PROPERTY. DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE 9AM. DO NOT BLOCK THE STREET ACCESS OR NEIGHBORS PROPERTIES.
THERE IS A DRAINAGE DITCH ON BOTH SIDES OF THE ROAD LEADING TO THIS PROPERTY. PLEASE USE CAUTION.
We do NOT share the address ahead of time.
This sale is in GRESHAM.
The sale starts at 10am.
Parking is ON THE PROPERTY - PLEASE FOLLOW PARKING ATTENDANT INSTRUCTIONS. Be mindful of signage.
THE HOUSE IS ON A HILL. BE PREPARED TO WALK UP A DECENT SLOPED DRIVEWAY TO REACH THE HOUSE.
IF YOU PURCHASE LARGE ITEMS, YOU CAN LATER PULL UP TO THE HOUSE TO PICK UP LARGE ITEMS.

Estate sale homes can be dusty, musty, have uneven surfaces, etc. Please feel free to wear a mask if you are sensitive to dust. Wear comfortable shoes and watch your step.
There will be items available for bid or OBO. Look for bid signs and place bids in the locked bid box at the register table.
