• This IS A 4 DAY SALE IN A 3 LEVEL HOME WITH MULTIPLE LARGE OUTBUILDINGS. THERE IS A STEP UP INTO THIS HOME AND STAIRS. THIS IS A FARM PROPERTY WITH AREAS OF GRAVEL, MUD, GRASS, PAVED, ETC. 

• PARKING LOT 1 - LOWER LOT: Lot closed FRIDAY due to muddy conditions

• PARKING LOT 2 - HOUSE LOT: This lot is a good option for mobility challenged folks.

• PARKING LOT 3 - Neighboring lot - look for signs allowing you to park on a neighbors lot with about a block walk to the sale house - use extreme caution when walking on the shoulder of the main road.

• Please DO NOT PARK at nearby businesses when you are shopping at our sale. 

• DO NOT BLOCK THE STREET ACCESS, MAILBOXES, PARK THE WRONG DIRECTION, OR BLOCK NEIGHBORS PROPERTIES. 

• We do NOT share the address ahead of time.

• This sale is in Scholls, OR area.

• The sale HOURS ARE 10am- 4pm Thursday - Sunday

• Be mindful of signage.

• Attending a sale is a voluntary act and Thompson’s Estate Services, LLC and the homeowner are not responsible for any accidents that may occur on or off the premises during the sale. Enter at your own Risk.

• Estate sale homes can be dusty, musty, have uneven surfaces, have spiders, etc. Please feel free to wear a mask if you are sensitive to dust. Wear comfortable shoes and watch your step.
