Vintage Pop Up Sale

At Sunset Estate Sales all sales are final and items are sold "as-is" with no warranties and no returns accepted.

At the start time of the sale, entrance is based on "first come first served". The line up starts at the designated entrance. (Leaving a bag or other item to mark your place in line is now common. People usually line up in person where they have left their marker around 10 minutes before opening. We do not oversee this process.

Sold stickers are provided. Outside sold stickers will not be accepted.

Proof of payment stickers will be provided and will be needed to leave the home with bagged items.

We accept cash, Venmno or credit payment methods.

Buyers are responsible for moving large items.
