There is no list. Numbers are handed out at 9am the FIRST DAY OF THE SALE ONLY.
Your number will hold your place in line, which means that once you get your number, you can leave the venue and return once the doors open.
There is a staircase up to the estate, so limited accessibility for entry on top of 4 stories of shopping within the home.
We accept cash or credit cards for payment.
All sales are final and must be picked up on the day of the sale unless other arrangements are discussed.
We offer a holding area for you to place your goods while shopping.
We do not allow large bags, boxes or backpacks; no exceptions.
Must arrange your own pickup and delivery by end of sale. We can recommend services.

Come on down to the Birdshill neighborhood of Lake Oswego and discover the secluded art deco estate right on the Willamette River. The Briarwood Riverside Estate Sale is full of lots of vintage charm, fine art, cultural pieces, and plenty of knickknacks from decor to tools. We have a McGuire dining set, Roche Bobois leather sofa and matching accent chairs, and all kinds of outdoor furniture to capitalize on the stunning riverside view from the enormous deck. Other featured fine art pieces include Leroy Neiman golf lithographs, and more with animal artwork benefiting the Oregon Zoo. Not to mention all the pristine Asian pieces from furniture, art, and sculptures, including a large marble Kwan Yen statue. The garage is huge, and full of all kinds of tools and supplies, golfing and sporting equipment, vintage electronics/TVs/stereo systems, and hospice care supplies. We also have a bunch of common estate sale finds from books, kitchenware including pots and pans, lots of nautical theme items, and so much more!
