Please follow all parking instructions. Parking will be limited to complex visitor parking and parking across the street.

Please be mindful and do not block driveways, other cars or street traffic.

Please bring helpers to assist you with moving and hauling any large items. Pick-ups for a later date (Sunday, etc.) are possible with a deposit or full payment.

We accept all major credit cards, venmo and charge a 3% fee for those payment options. We accept Cash of course. No checks will be accepted. No valuables left on-site. Caretaker on-site. Property is monitored.

We will consider reasonable offers made and Sundays are always 50% off. However, Some items may be on reserve price or open to bids.

Attending a sale is a voluntary act and Thompson’s Estate Services, LLC and the homeowner are not responsible for any accidents that may occur on the premises during the sale.

ALL ITEMS SOLD AS-IS

We will be following ALL COVID-19 REQUIRED & RECOMMENDED PROTOCOLS during our sales. Depending on the size of each property, we may restrict the number of shoppers inside at one time. A mask is PREFFERED for entry for any person age 2 and up. If you are sick, please stay home and feel better. We will have plenty of other sales in the future that you can join us at.

This sale is absolutely huge. Although it is in a condo complex, it is more like a very large townhome.
The condo is extremely packed. There are LOADS of goodies to discover.
We are following all guidelines required by the Home Owners Association. This includes our hours of operation, parking requirements, traffic flow, etc.
THERE WILL BE A LIST TO ENTER THE SALE DURING THE FIRST HOUR AND A HALF OF EACH DAY. IF YOU ARE ARRIVING AFTER THE FIRST HOUR AND A HALF, NO LIST WILL BE REQUIRED. SEE BELOW:

THERE ARE ONLY 21-25 PARKING SPOTS IN THE ACTUAL COMPLEX.
ADDITIONAL PARKING IS AVAILABLE ON GREENRIDGE JUST ACROSS THE STREET.
ADDITIONAL PARKING IS ALSO AVAILABLE DOWN THE HILL AT THE BUSINESS COMPLEX. BE PREPARED TO WALK AND CARRY YOUR PURCHASES TO YOUR VEHICLE.
PLEASE CONSIDER CARPOOLING.
DO NOT BLOCK ROADS OR DRIVEWAYS.
PLEASE BE COURTEOUS TO OTHER DRIVERS AND PEDESTRIANS.
FRIDAY IS TRASH DAY, BE MINDFUL OF THE TRUCKS.
DO NOT DRIVE AROUND THE COMPLEX OR UP COMPLEX SIDE ROADS.
