Because some items are very heavy for us, please bring your help to load your larger items like furniture and shop equipment. Please bring bags and boxes. We are not responsible for accidents. All sales are final no refunds. All items are sold as Is. Last sale day $50 and under items half price. Bids / offers are taken on everything else and all to be sold. Terms are cash. Saturday most items HALF PRICE! This is a fun sale with lots of vintage items. For the train enthusiast we have Lionel trains galore many made in America with the box's and all the accessories you can imagine! Also, K-Line trains in the boxes and many others. We also have the plywood tables that the train cities were set up on. All the household goods a person could possibly need! TVs and a nice recliner couch. Lots of clocks! The garage has tools and mowers! Yard art and much more! Contents of home and garage to be sold in a 2-day estate sale. Have a look at the pictures.
