All sales are final no refunds. All items are sold as Is. Last sale day $50 and under items half price. Bids / offers are taken on everything else and all to be sold. Terms are cash. Prepare to be amazed as we host the estate sale for a great Lebanon veteran and the treasures he and his family collected. The family has been in this historic home close to 100 years. Come see the treasures accumulated as the decades passed. I'm truly honored to host this sale. I do have to tell you that with a home that was built in 1870 with stairs up and down and that it is not at all handicap accessible. I will take bids throughout the sale. MANY more pictures to come. I rarely say do not miss. Folks DO NOT MISS. Folks the steps are high and uneven. We and our client are not responsible for any accident when you choose to attend this sale. Be careful and watch your step. A porta potty is provided for you. A SIGN-UP SHEET WILL BE POSTED THE EVENING BEFORE AT THE DOOR. Plenty of flat street parking. Please bring your helpers to load and pack your items on the stairs. So excited to see you all treasure hunt at this rare sale!
