WOODWORKERS DREAM

JP's next estate sale is coming this Friday and Saturday, September 29th & 30th, 9am to 4pm, right below the Manor in Medford.

Gentleman moved back to France and left us an amazing estate to liquidate.  This is some of the best-of-best of woodworking and other great house hold items.  The house itself was in the process of being remodeled by the gentleman when he had to leave.    And will be sold after estate sale.   When you see this house you'll know this was going to be his own personal top work.   He was a great finishing woodworker and had top tools.   The kitchen and pantry are fantastic. ALL CLAD cookware, KitchenAid mixer and much more. Wife enjoyed seeing and there are beautiful fabrics and sewing notions. And a cool, 1980s Chevy truck and 2016 NISSAN ROGUE, with a little over 28,000 miles on it.   (I'll have much more about the truck and car tomorrow.) The lady must have been a fabulous seamstress. The sewing room is filled with unbelievable fabrics, notion and just about anything you would need.

A mid 80s Chevy truck.   350 engine.  Low mileage.  Looks to need a new head gasket, or a tightened bolt.   New items under the hood.   Old head butt on the right front.   Hasn't been driven in a bit,  but started up and ran.  Asking $6800.  
The other car is a 2016 Nissan Rogue, AWD, with a bit over 28,000 miles.   Great vehicle.   This too has sat for a bit but ran nicely.  Has a new battery.   Runs great.  Asking $15,000.
