Milwaukie Estate Sale by A&S Estate Sales of Oregon

The house is packed with the contents of several estates!   The bulk of the stuff comes from the original owner of the house who lived here for 50 years. Proceeds from items that are marked with a green price sticker are earmarked for donation to a local public charter school.  EVERYTHING IS PRICED TO GO!

Let's start with the garage this time...it's filled to the brim with stuff.  A good amount of hand tools and gardening tools.  Lots of hardware - much of it new.  Tons of canning jars.  Some fishing poles. 'Drive' brand wheelchairs.  Leaf blowers, edger, electric chainsaw, lawnmower, washer and dryer, vintage drafting equipment, tree pruners, and lots of random eclectic items ranging from an old Spuds Mckenzie store display to a huge Shaw-Walker metal desk.

The kitchen is chalked full with everyday household items and china as well as a couple of pressure cookers - one a 21 1/2 quart All-American that is in like-new condition.  Tons of pots, mostly Farberware.  A newer wood hutch with stainless counter and matching round table with four chairs and two barstools.  A large vintage dining table with chairs.  A large vintage hutch.  And a beautiful antique oak hutch.  Four old metal and vinyl barstools.

Some old depression glass and Murano pieces.  Two lucite Bauer lamps.

Onto the living room -  five nice armchairs, one a stratolounger, a sofa with side tables, two rocking chairs, some prints and original paintings, figurines, some signed first edition books, an Andy's drysuit, old enamel fireplace set, nice coffee table, old LPs...

There are three bedrooms full of assorted stuff - two nice queen-size beds, dressers, side tables, tons of ladies' clothes and shoes, vintage sewing and craft stuff, games, Christmas stuff, some costume jewelry.  A Kirby vacuum, an old projector screen and Kodak projector.

And a 1965 3/4 ton Custom GMC pickup truck - 305 V6 4-speed manual - only 57,000 original miles - excellent condition.  Only two owners - the truck will be at the sale!
