Happy Holidays from the crew at JP Estate Liquidations!!!   Our annual New Years Weekend sale is almost here.   Thursday, Friday and Saturday, January 1st, 2nd and 3rd.   Located 5 miles from Grants Pass, in Murphy, 1/2 mile from Applegate River bridge.  An amazing house, filled with fantastic items.  
     We have 2 vehicles an amazing 1920 Model T Ford.   90% completely restored.  Looks incredible.   Asking$9000 obo.   The other vehicle is a BAD ASS 2012 Chevrolet Camaro.    Like new condition.   Car has just over 30,000 Miles.   Asking $17,200.   For the 2 vehicles, paperwork pending proper estate signatures. There is a Carson car hauler.  Needs a new deck, but otherwise in good condition.  Asking $1400.          There are 2 riding mowers.  A chipper.  A pull behind trailer.  2 large, 20 foot culverts.       We also have a great little collection of die cast tractors and cars.   There are some amazing tools.    Lots of new, never opened power tools.   A nice Craftsman tool box.  A well built heavy duty work bench.    Lots of other tools.   There is outdoor/patio yard art too.   There is a Blackstone's bbq/grill.        So much inside as well.    There is high end furniture and electrictronics.   Large entertainment center, couches, beautiful recliner.     Artwork, rugs, lightning.    Decor that includes 3 Tiffany style lamps, lanterns, ships lanterns, desk and mid modern lamps, floral, decorative plates, blue transferware, crystal, and large ROOSTER collection.   Very nice kitchenwares.   Everything in there kitchen is nice and clean.   2 nice refrigerators, washer and dryer, 2 nice dining table and chairs sets.
