Ends at midnight on Friday. All items must be paid for via our website's checkout. No contact pickup is available, or you may pick up your items during the live sale hours on Saturday & Sunday. Please note if you will would like a no-contact pickup and phone number to text you available pickup days/times. Please be prompt as others may be scheduled right before or after you. All purchased items will be considered abandoned if not picked up by 5pm on the following Tuesday. Sorry, we cannot accept cash at pickup.

ONSITE SALE: – COVID-19 PROTOCOLS IN PLACE: You MUST be 16 years or older to be on the premises. Parties of one or two only. Masks or face shields must be worn indoors and outdoors. Spacing and traffic patterns must be respected. Please use sanitizer and hand washing stations.

– First come, first served – the waiting line must monitor itself

– No pets please (We love them, but this is a private residence).

– Items purchased and left onsite at the conclusion of a sale will be considered abandoned and removed

– Though rare, due to circumstances beyond our control, an item(s) pictured for sale may be removed by our client prior to the doors opening

– By attending, guests understand and agree to allow That Girl Estate & Property Services to record their image for security or marketing purposes
