All Sales Are Final
All items are sold as-is, where-is. Please inspect items carefully before purchasing. We do our best to accurately represent the condition of each item, but there are no warranties, guarantees, returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Pricing & Offers
Prices will be clearly marked whenever possible. Reasonable offers are welcome, particularly on multiple-item purchases. Please be respectful when making offers. We reserve the right to decline any offer.

Payment
Cash and electronic payment will be accepted. Items are not considered sold until payment has been received in full.

No Holds Without Payment
We are unable to hold items without full payment. If you purchase an item that needs to be picked up later, we are happy to arrange a reasonable pickup time.

Furniture & Large Item Removal
Please come prepared to move and transport your purchases. Buyers are responsible for providing their own labor, tools, packing materials, vehicles, and transportation for large or heavy items. We may not be able to assist with moving or loading.

Please use care when removing items from the property. Buyers are responsible for any damage they or their movers cause to the home, property, landscaping, fixtures, walls, floors, doors, or other items while removing purchases.

Pickup
All purchases must be removed by the agreed-upon pickup deadline unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Items left beyond the agreed pickup time without communication may be considered abandoned.

Entry & Safety
Please be respectful of the home and property. Children must remain supervised at all times. Please do not enter areas marked private, closed, or off-limits.

We reserve the right to limit the number of people inside the home at one time if necessary for safety or crowd control.

Personal Belongings
Please keep track of your personal belongings while shopping. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced personal items.

Accidents & Injury
Please shop and move through the property carefully. By entering the property, visitors acknowledge that they are responsible for exercising reasonable care for their own safety. The homeowner and sale organizers are not responsible for accidents or injuries to the extent permitted by law.

Item Availability
Items shown in photographs or advertisements may be sold, removed, or otherwise unavailable before or during the sale. We cannot guarantee that a particular item will still be available when you arrive.

Respectful Shopping
We want this to be an enjoyable experience for everyone. Please be respectful of the home, other shoppers, neighbors, and anyone helping with the sale. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask anyone engaging in unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior to leave.
