PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO SAFETY CONCERNS IN THE WAREHOUSE, WE HAVE JUST BEEN INFORMED THAT WE CAN NOT ALLOW ANY CHILDREN AGES 10 AND UNDER TO ENTER THE BUILDING.  WE APOLOGIZE IN ADVANCE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCES THIS MAY CAUSE.

New items are being added today (Tuesday and Wednesday)..there are atleast 200 boxes of stuff that we are opening up today.  

Also, we'll start reducing the prices on the stuff from Thursday...

Due to the number of people waiting in line and space and time limitations, we have to close the doors an hour before the posted closing time.  Shoppers who make it will still be allowed to shop until the closing time or later.

This is a 9-day sale!..March 11th - 19th. 

HERE IS THE ADDRESS:  2120 NW 27TH AVE PORTLAND, OR 97201  

The warehouse is located on the EAST SIDE of the MONTGOMERY PARK BUILDING.   On the weekends, shoppers may park in the adjacent parking lot and parking garage to the NORTH AND NORTHEAST of the warehouse. For OVERFLOW PARKING you may park in the parking lot that is located a block away at 2127 NW 26TH AVE.   You can also park here during the week.  M-F please do not park in business spaces or the parking garage next to the warehouse.

We do accept payments by credit card, however there is a $20 minimum and we will be charging a 3% transaction fee.   The warehouse has a maximum occupancy of 250 people.  We will have four cash registers set up to cycle shoppers through as quickly as possible.  Also, there will be a holding area for items on hold and items that are sold, but we do ask that you remove your purchases as soon as possible.  All of the sales staff in the warehouse will be wearing orange aprons and they are there to assist you with any questions or concerns.   Please do not bring any large closed bags or containers.  We will provide you with large shopping bags and baskets.  And please do not use your own SOLD STICKERS...we will provide you with ours as soon as a payment or deposit is made.   Also, please note that per our client's request, taking photos and videotaping inside the warehouse are not allowed.   And one more thing,  this warehouse was so full that we had to set aside about 150 - 200 boxes of stuff to make room for shoppers.  These boxes are at both ends of the warehouse on the WEST SIDE and we ask you not to go into those areas.  As soon as there is enough room - probably Sunday or Monday - we will put these items into the sale.     Please note that we won't be selling anything online or over the phone.  Also, everything will have a price - tag sale style.  We won't be auctioning anything off.     This is one of those sales you definitely do not want to miss!!!  Unbelievably massive, incredibly fun, and eclectic!  Details and more photos coming soon!   This sale includes the costumes, set decoration, props, and other items from a TV show that was recently filmed in Portland by one of the major TV networks for six seasons (over 120 episodes) This warehouse is over 40,000 square feet!!! vintage furniture, antique furniture, mid-century modern furniture, clothes, costumes, household goods (new and vintage), doors, architectural items, signs, rugs, industrial lighting, lamps, books, smalls, primitives, collectibles, Christmas stuff (vintage and new), home furnishings, building materials, props, Halloween stuff, bicycles, hardware, kitchenware, chairs, apothecary, artwork, banners, restaurant ware, office supplies, costumes, tools, pallet shelving, retail store display stuff, frames, home decor, dining tables, benches, sfx items, linen, drapes, sports equipment, camping stuff, advertising, and so much more...    Everything must go!
