We open promptly at the times listed. Please no early birds, but you can line up at the entry door a few minutes before. No lists.
We accept all major credit cards & venmo and charge a 3% fee for those payment options. We accept Cash of course. No checks will be accepted. No valuables left on-site. Caretaker on-site. Property is monitored.
Attending a sale is a voluntary act and Thompson’s Estate Services, LLC and the homeowner are not responsible for any accidents that may occur on the premises during the sale.
We will be following ALL COVID-19 REQUIRED & RECOMMENDED PROTOCOLS during our sales. A mask will be REQUIRED for entry. If you do not have a mask, we have free masks available for you at the entry. Hand sanitizer is also available. If you are sick, please stay home and feel better. We will have plenty of other sales in the future that you can join us at.
