Horror Fans, Collectors and Gamers Estate Sale!!

We've got a really cool sale in NE Portland this weekend!!

If you like horror, fantasy, collectibles, games.... or just things a little dark/different - this one is for YOU.

And if you are an HP Lovecraft fan... you're in for a treat.

BUSINESS FIRST:

There will be a sign up list that will go outside the house on Saturday at 9am. You will be responsible for adding your name - ONE name per number - please.

We will line folks up at 9:50 - in order. In the event that the home becomes too full - we will have to resort to one in, for every one out.

PLEASE do not block neighbors driveways or mailboxes. Additionally - there will be no parking in the driveway of the home.

Client is living in the home - please do not disturb!

LIVING ROOM:

We've got some great collectible figures - Clash of the Titans, Conan, Henchmen, St. Peppers,completed horror movie models and so many more! Nicely framed King of the Zombies and Mole People (also a few figures) posters, 60's concert poster, real vintage hand painted shop signs from the East Coast,

Globe Wernicke barrister cabinet, a pair of neutral tone modern love seats, super cute vintage smaller curio, a pair of arts and crafts style newer lamps, a pair of antique Chinese pewter and glass panel teapots, pretty rare HP Lovecraft books, basket of great pins/stickers/pocket knives and more, WWII belt buckle and other WWII memorabilia and lots of other little surprises.

DINING ROOM:

NOT your typical dining room! We have literal LOADS of collectible figures and toys!! Some of these are very rare! In the photos - they are lose - for the sale - many will be in their original boxes! Ray Harryhausen, Planet of the Apes, Lord of the Rings, Battlestar Galatica, Godzilla, King Kong, obviously LOTS of Cthulhu, McFarlane, Fallout, Hellboy, The Prisoner, Classic horror figures, SO MANY amazing piecess!!

Additionally, more 60's concert posters - including one signed by Grace Slick, HUGE Ghost Ship framed poster, antique Singer sewing machine, antique secretary desk, piles of fliers/original art, postcards, original (local) artworks. Be advised - this area will be staffed and you will be asked to not pick up fragile pieces without an attendant. There will be a hold table - as loose/delicate items should not be placed in baskets.

KITCHEN:

Some old pharmacy items, white kitchen, smaller/nicer appliances, cast iron, nicer pots and pans, cool spice racks, baking/cooking/serving items, cute and bright plastic dishware, Irish crystal... lots of practical and pretty items in this kitchen!

BEDROOM:

Pennsylvania House dresser and pair of nightstands - really great condition, lots of Asian style decor, traditional lamps, art, some books and decor, bedding, some men's and women's clothing and shoes. Small newer sewing machine with box.

MEDIA ROOM:

Oh the movies!! Of course we have dozens of HP Lovecraft film festival copies, loads of horror/thrillers/obscure films, games (and this is just the tip of the iceberg) - Star Wars, war games, Shadows and Brimstone and many MANY more, Harry Potter books, some Halloween, cute stuffies and other juvenile decor, puzzles, stacks of concert/movie/fun tshirts.. this is a fun room!

DOWNSTAIRS:

MAIN ROOM:

Oh boy.... this is where it all happens! The games! The posters! ALL OF IT!!

The games... impossible to list it all! But I'll shoot out a few - the rest you can see in pictures! Crimson Skies, Bloodborne, Folklore - all of it, Ivion, Descent, Stronghold, Wings of War, card games, Destiny, ISS Vanguard, Memoir 44, Barbarossa, Arnak, Star Trek, Fallen, Aliens, Mystic Vale, Heroes of Normandie, Mansions of Madness... there are HUNDREDS of games! Lots of genres!

Books - horror, history, war/poitics, sci-fi/fantasy, cookbooks, classics. Posters - Creature with the Atom Brain, Blade Runner, French horror, Zatanna... also trays of 20mm miniatures, several IKEA shelves in various sizes, some records, magazines/comics, wine fridge, movie props from "The Last Incantation" short film - written by our client!, Lots and lots of cool little trinkets and treats in this room... plan on being here a while!

On the other half of the downstairs you'll find MORE incredible movie posters (And a few great music posters) ! HUGE linen back horror posters, table of signed movie posters and art, art/office supplies, chest freezer, printer and more. 3D printer and supplies, small tools, metal map cabinet, another table of movie posters - many are duplicates and super cheap! Model houses/towns for games, model ships, more IKEA cabinets as well as huge tables.

DETACHED GARAGE:

Lots of yard and garden supplies, home maintenance items, fire pit and log holder, lamps, huge candle holders (DIY movie props), treadmill, fishing supplies, some kitchen, luggage, office and accent chairs, yard power tools, some office supplies, coolers, cat tree, bird feeders, nice metal standing cabinet, potted hydrangeas, outdoor table and chairs, pots and yard art, metal yard art from Backyard Bird Shop, lots and lots of cool misc.

This obviously isn't like our usual sales... and that's a good thing, right?! Let's have a little fun this weekend and do something we have never done... and maybe buy something that you've been wishing for since you were a kid. It's time to play again!!
