We're in Historical Laurelhurst this weekend - right across from the beautiful park!

This sale has it all... a few antiques and vintage, new items, lots of practical and pretty things!

BUSINESS FIRST:

There WILL be a list that goes outside the house at 9am. You will be responsible for adding your name. ONE name per number, PLEASE. We will line folks up around 9:45 and let them in as listed. In the event that the home becomes too full (which it shouldn't - it's a big house) we will resort to one in, for every one out. We do ask that you don't crowd specific areas and leave room for your fellow shoppers.

Home IS alarmed and it WILL go off! Please stay away from the house after sale hours.Additionally, please do not walk around property before we open. This could make neighbors nervous, as it's a tight neighborhood.

LIVING ROOM:

Beautiful lavender velvet sofa (needs a good cleaning, but it is so pretty!), Queen Anne style coffee and console table, mercury glass apothecary jar and lamps, antique hot cocoa set, cute upholsters ottomans, nice (reproduction?) arts and crafts style hall tree...and the stars of the room.... shelves of Coach and Kate Spade purses and wallets! There is also a case of designer perfumes, newer Polaroid, sterling silver vanity set and airpods. There will also be a small case of sterling silver jewelry.

DINING ROOM:

Beautiful/classic Queen Anne style dining room table with 2 leaves and 8 chairs, 2 really nice carved wood and upholstery accent chairs, Asian style folding pie table, antique accent table with pull out writing surfaces, Pottery Barn glass front cabinet, smaller similar cabinet, marble top plant stand, large glass display cabinet, Bohemian glass, silver plated flatware set with case, lots of cranberry glass, one piece of neodymium glass, mixed china plates and cut glass, some crystal, barware, silverplate serving pieces, faux floral and of course... all of that gorgeous Portmeirion! Lots of gorgeous pieces in the Botanic Garden pattern.

KITCHEN:

Staub mini cocottes/bowl/casseroles, some Le Crueset, Italian pottery pieces, small appliances, cookbooks, nicer kitchen items - bakeware/cookware/utensils - some new!, Waterford dishes and crystal, Pottery Barn serving pieces, vintage and antique pieces, whites/brights and pastels. Super cute and modern barstool pair, really nice tulip dining table with marble top and 4 chairs.

DOWNSTAIRS BED/BATH:

WONDERFUL gently used Ghost mattress! Comes with beautiful deep gray nailhead trim headboard - I believe this is a queen. Lots of pretty bedding - some Pottery Barn, pair of gray end tables, lamps, standing/ tilting mirror, IKEA glass display cabinet, art glass and other small decor. In the adjoining bath there is a TON of cosmetics and skin/hair care items! Great brands at a fraction!!!

UPSTAIRS:

Another great mattress - bamboo and so comfy! Comes with a beautiful modern gray upholstered platform bedframe. More bedding, baskets of women's accessories, lots of great art (kind of a Hawaiian theme here), IKEA dresser with floral motif added - matching nightstand, adorable modern vanity with lighting and drawers/cabinet, cute/wooden clothes rack with beachy clothing. More clothing in the closet - great brands - Banana Republic and more - various sizes. Shoes size 8.Girly art, Modern cabinet with doors, sweet modern chaise lounge in a soft, light gray. Purses and much more!

BEDROOM 2:

Cute, gray "donut" chair, sports themed items, simple/natural bedframe and mattress, beige ottoman, lots of music and sports posters, white L shaped corner desk - modern and petite, gaming chair, Funko Pops and other figurines, men's clothing and shoes, pair of cute boucle swivel cream chairs, tall IKEA dark brown dresser, Black and Decker AC and more!!

BEDROOM 3:

Yet another great modern bedframe and bed - full size. Bedding, guys accessories, more posters and decor, another L shaped desk and chair, more clothing, some computer and music accessories, Jack and Jill bath has some more men's toiletries, foot massager and other fun bathroom items.

DOWNSTAIRS:

MAIN ROOM:

Really nice cream leather recliner - this one is so perfect! Gorgeous L shaped sofa in a light gray - has a stain - but I do believe it will come out - not super noticeable, loads of Pottery Barn frames, statues, vases, candles, convertible modern coffee table (raises up for convenience and storage), pillows, baskets, Pendleton Beaver State blanket, really nice Christmas tree with lighting that you can switch up, Hawaiian art and decor, games and Legos, girly art and faux floral, throw rugs, dog items, large TV, Playstation, folding game table, lots of Holiday items.

OFFICE:

Incredible book selection, liberal, children's, fiction and non, office supplies, older laptops, some art, Tiffany style lamp, floor lamp with glass table, modern bar cart. Lots of useful items!!

UTILITY ROOM:

Carpet shampooers, rolling 3 tiered cart, office chairs, towels and rugs, some table linens and throws, old doll (definitely not haunted!:)), candle making supplies, handheld shampooer, Dyson vacuums.

GARAGE: (detached)

Paint supplies, household maintenance and garden supplies, decor, brand new Yamaha keyboard in box, kitchen items, emergency items, lamps, chest freezer, pet supplies, some food... this garage is FULL!!!

OUTSIDE:

Lots of potted plants and pots. Royal Gourmet bbq, really nice table (should be inside!) white metal legs and faux wood grayish top, pair of white outdoor wicker chairs, super cute bright purple wood bench, outdoor floral rug, garden seats, papasan chair, potted peony and Japanese maple, benches, garden supplies and more!
