Colorful MCM Estate Sale - HALF OFF DAY!

We're in PDX!!

We don't do this very often, so you know it's a good one!

This house may not seem full... but it's big. So, everything is very spread out - which is great for you - more room to shop!

If you like Mid Century, a little kitschy and exploring a time capsule, this is your sale.

BUSINESS FIRST:

NO SIGN UP ON SUNDAY - FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE

EVERYTHING IS HALF OFF TODAY - ALL DAY! 

AND AS ALWAYS - PLEASE - DO NOT BLOCK NEIGHBORS DRIVEWAYS OR MAILBOXES. Be courteous.

What's inside? This IS a split level home, so there are stairs.

TOP FLOOR

LIVING ROOM:

For the love of turquoise and orange! This is quite the colorful room... full of MCM treasure. Starting with that fab turquoise floral sofa (needs a little cleaning) - and matching chairs. SO GOOD. 

Super fun and colorful art of the era, plants, vintage books, teacups, metal leaf wall art, fun glassware, acrylic basket, cats, birds, colored glass, religious items, gilded kitsch... 

KITCHEN:

Crazy for teacups! Some really cute ones, too. And a few tea sets as well. Fostoria Americana, cut glass and crystal - including several Rogaska Gallia pieces, nicer silver plate - some really pretty serving pieces.

Oak "ice chest" cabinet, pots/pans, bake ware, practical as well as fun kitchen items, cut glass punch bowl with cups, a few small appliances, 70's style kitchen items - brown/green/orange.. 

BEDROOM 1 (end of hallway on right):

More MCM madness! Beautiful gold velvet channel back chair (bed has matching bedcover for sale), vintage low boy dresser with matching highboy, hats, perfume bottles, more religious items,  powder boxes, bits of decor, clothing, accessories, vintage art...

Through that hallway there is more art, closet of linens and a super cool PINK bathroom loaded up with vintage and practical items!

BEDROOM 2 (left side of hallway):

The religious/MCM theme continues...  vintage Bassett dresser and nightstand, afghans, dolls, more clothing and shoes...

BEDROOM 3 (end of hall - left side):

The "office room". Books, vintage console TV - this thing looks so cool, classic vintage desk, vintage office supplies and other fun nick knacks, lots of client made art - florals and "Kinkade" style, even more clothing in the closet.

DOWNSTAIRS

FAMILY ROOM:

Bar with vintage/kitschy bar items, some Asian inspired decor, wood and glass hall/sofa table, 2 recliners (one lifts), Mexican blankets, fun wall art, Very heavy life size black cocker spaniel statue, cute black shelf - perfect for books/shoes - or like we've used it for - 78's!

IF the piano is still there, PLEASE do not touch it. It has been spoken for by the church of the family's choice. They just need to pick it up.

XMAS ROOM:

Tables of vintage Christmas! Pair of cute parlor chairs, sewing supplies/fabric, vintage Singer sewing machine, craft supplies, vintage Bendix home ironer, old kitchen counter pieces that you could find a good use for.

BACKROOM:

Really cool - very vintage Hotpoint stove. Yes, we have the knobs! Also - vintage headboard, more vintage kitchen counters,  pile of accent rugs, curtains and other misc.

Washer, dryer, old sink and microwave are NOT for sale.

GARAGE:

Medical supplies, some hand tools, gardening supplies, tv and other electronics, large/vintage wood cabinet, some decor, LOTS of home and garden chemicals, shampooer, yard art and pots.

This is a great sale in a great neighborhood! Again, please be mindful of neighbors driveways and mailboxes.
