No online price quotes or presales. Our pricing is very reasonable!!
Sunday is ½ off day under $100
We will have some boxes and bags available, but please bring as much of your own packing material as possible.
Cash and card only - no checks. Receipts given by text or email for card transactions only
Bring your own trucks and help to load furniture or large items
Pickups must be completed by Sunday at 6pm
All bags and backpacks are subject to search upon exit
All sales are final
Plenty of street parking, DO NOT park in or in front of neighbors driveways
No children under 12 will be allowed in garage due to large amount of fused glass and glass making supplies.
Enter house and garage at your own risk - attendants will be in the garage to move glass for you.
Home is filled with beautiful and fragile art - please be mindful with your children.
Jewelry is kept off site at night, the house has security alarm and cameras throughout the property

Glass Artist Family Estate Sale
2300 square foot home is packed with beautiful art, antiques, pottery, clothing and furnishings.
Homeowner was an artist all her life, primarily in fused glass. Art noveau and Bohemian are the predominant styles of the artwork and decor. Many of her original pieces of glass art and glass making supplies will be for sale including three kilns and various molds. She purchased glass from Uroboros and Bulls Eye Glass primarily during their heyday, 1990-2005. There are large sheets of glass, both fuseable and non-fuseable, as well as smaller pieces and some unfinished work. Also large number of various arts and crafts supplies for painting, drawing, sewing, beading. Chihuly Glass collectible rare book. Framed art by a variety of California and NW artists as well as ceramic pieces, baskets and blown glass. Also, an extensive collection of books about art.
