Please bring helpers to assist you with moving and hauling any large items. Pick-ups for a later date (Sunday, etc.) are possible with a deposit or full payment.
NO LISTS. We open promptly at the times listed. Please no early birds, but you can line up at the entry door. No lists.
We accept all major credit cards, venmo and charge a 3% fee for those payment options. We accept Cash of course. No checks will be accepted. No valuables left on-site. Caretaker on-site. Property is monitored.
We will consider reasonable offers made and Sundays are always 50% off. However, Some items may be on reserve price or open to bids.
Attending a sale is a voluntary act and Thompson’s Estate Services, LLC and the homeowner are not responsible for any accidents that may occur on the premises during the sale.

We will be following ALL COVID-19 REQUIRED & RECOMMENDED PROTOCOLS during our sales. Depending on the size of each property, we may restrict the number of shoppers inside at one time.
