Welcome to the Retro Fun in Parkrose ESTATE SALE. This IS A 3 DAY SALE IN A SINGLE LEVEL HOME. THE COUPLE LIVED THERE FOR 50 YEARS! THERE IS A SINGLE STEP UP INTO THIS HOME. This sale features something for everyone: Jim Beam Decanter collection, vintage glass and china, vintage clothing and vintage square dancing outfits, vintage costumes, vintage christmas and halloween, loads of vintage fabric and sewing notions, knick knacs, vintage jewelry bins to dig in and more. First off, here is some logistical information:

• Address for the sale will post at 7am on FRIDAY. 

• House is monitored via alarm system. Caretaker onsite. Do not disturb.

• There IS a list for this sale. If you want priority entry, please come early to sign your name on the list. You can go get coffee and return by 9:45am for roll call. We can let the first 25 people inside at opening. If you aren’t a list person, just come by after the first hour.

Please note:

• PARKING: There is plenty of street parking. Please…  DO NOT BLOCK THE STREET ACCESS OR NEIGHBORS PROPERTIES. We do NOT share the address ahead of time.

• This sale is in NE Portland - Parkrose.

• The sale HOURS ARE 10am- 4pm FRIDAY - Sunday

• Be mindful of signage.

• Attending a sale is a voluntary act and Thompson’s Estate Services, LLC and the homeowner are not responsible for any accidents that may occur on the premises during the sale. Enter at your own Risk.

• Estate sale homes can be dusty, musty, have uneven surfaces, have spiders, etc. Please feel free to wear a mask if you are sensitive to dust. Wear comfortable shoes and watch your step.
