PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING FOR OUR SALES:

1. We NEVER DO SIGNUPS, LISTS, or NUMBERS. It's always first come, first in.

2. Please do not call about prices. The many regular shoppers that come to our sales know that we price things reasonably.

3. Please bring help to move large or heavy or bulky items. We do no heavy lifting. Be ready to give a tip to our staff, if you want furniture or other large items moved for you.

4. We are NOT responsible for any personal injuries or property damage that may occur at the sale site.

5. Do not bring large zippered or otherwise closed containers (i.e. Backpacks, large purses). We provide shopping baskets.

6. We accept all major credit cards and cash, of course. We do NOT take checks. Please note that there is a 3% convenience fee for cards.

7. The houses we work at are alarmed and/or are under 24/7 watch. Also, our sales may have security cameras and professional security staff present. Shoplifters will be prosecuted.

8. We aim to provide a fun and pleasant shopping experience for everyone. As such, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who we deem foul. General grouchiness and crotchetiness are OK, but wickedness and vileness are NOT.

Unfortunately, we are closing our Estate Consignment store down by the end of this May. However, we will continue running estate sales, business liquidations, and carrying out estate consignments online.

So, pretty much everything in the store is going to be for sale - not only different estate inventories, but also furniture, fixtures, display cases and racks, IKEA shelving and tables, metro racks, wooden crates, Z racks, cashier table, and so much more!

Everything needs to be out of the store by May 31st! We are starting everything at 50% off except Yellow Tag inventory (only makes up about 5% of the inventory). We're starting the sale on Monday the 18th and running it through the 24th.

Please note that we will be following RECOMMENDED guidelines for social distancing. As such, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO BRING AND WEAR YOUR OWN PPE, NAMELY MASKS AND GLOVES. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO SHOP, IF YOU ARE NOT PROPERLY GEARED UP. ALSO, WE'RE ONLY ALLOWING THREE SHOPPERS IN AT A TIME. AND YOU ARE REQUIRED TO WRAP AND PACK YOUR OWN ITEMS. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR PATIENCE AND FOLLOWING THESE RULES.

We will confirm your appointment, but please note that if you are not right on time, you will not be allowed in (we may allow someone else in your place). We don't have time for FLAKES - we need to keep to the schedule for everyone's sake.

Please note that some of the fixtures may not be ready for pickup until a later time.
