PDX Estate Warehouse was created as a collaborative effort between PDX Estate Services and ThreeSixty Estate Services. The idea stemmed from our firsthand experience with the overwhelming demand for estate sale services and the realization that there simply weren't enough weekends in a month to accommodate all the estate sale opportunities that came our way. We were determined to find a more efficient solution, which led to the creation of PDX Estate Marketplace.
In addition to our traditional in-home estate sales, we have expanded our offerings to include buyouts and consignments for households facing time constraints or dealing with HOA/neighborhood restrictions that prevent them from hosting conventional estate sales. We are thrilled to introduce you to the remarkable estates we've diligently collected, sorted, priced, and staged. Our vast 20,000-square-foot space is brimming with incredible finds, and we also have additional storage units filled with estate buyouts and consignments eagerly awaiting their turn in the spotlight. So come tackle some early holiday shopping, check out our incredible vintage and mid-century finds, or stop by to support a small business and shop in a sustainable way!

It’s the biggest and best estate sale in Oregon, every month, at PDX Estate Marketplace! We’re just minutes from Curiosities Antique Mall and Symposium in Tigard, so make a day of it! Go thrifting, grab a cup of coffee, enjoy a delicious sandwich, and experience it all.
If the line to get in is long, don’t worry! We move things along quickly, with plenty of space and staff to keep everything running smoothly.
Sundays we are always, 1/2 price anything under 100.00.
As a reminder, we are implementing a 2.00 service fee for credit card transactions 25.00 and under. If you can bring cash, please do so.
Small businesses take a huge hit on CC fees. Thank you for understanding.

PARKING
We will have PRO-PARK on site again to help manage the parking lot. If you are able to park elsewhere and walk in, please do so. Or carpool! You can always drive up to the loading area to pick up purchases! Our loading area is on the backside of the building. To help with parking, we have also extended our hours!
We will open at 8am on both Saturday and Sunday.
Our growth and your support has far surpassed what we imagined. We really appreciate you all for being such amazing customers.

Delivery Services
We are now partnering with MORE THAN FREIGHT for all of our delivery services moving forward! Live in Eugene? No problem? Up in Seattle We got you!
HOLDS
We will offer holds for small items behind the register like usual.
PLEASE DO NOT GO BEHIND THE REGISTERS TO GET YOUR HOLD. We will do that for you :)
We ask that you put things on hold ONLY IF YOU ARE COMMITTING TO BUYING THEM! (Furniture included!)
For large furniture items - please DO NOT pull the hanging tags - instead find an employee to help you (we have lots of people working)! We will place a hold tag on the large items for you! We have our own system for how we will be getting pricing and item numbers to the cashiers.
We have a plan - trust the process!
