With over 20 years experience in the resale market, we do our best to assign every item in the house with its FAIR MARKET VALUE.
We can't know everything, and we don't always get it right, but it's good to remember that everything in our sales has TWO PRICES!
Prices are firm on opening days of the sale, but on the last day (Sunday) everything that's left priced $50 and under is 50% Off. If an item priced OVER $50 doesn't sell for the full price, it will be sold to the highest offer, or "bid."
Download our SmartPhone app "Empire v.5" to place bids on any item over $50 -- check out the item in person at the sale, place your bid on the Empire v.5 app from the sale or from home any time of the day or night! But be sure to get your bids placed BEFORE 1:00PM on SUNDAY. If the item doesn't sell for full price, and your offer is the highest, you'll be notified by text and email with instructions to come pick it up! We always want to sell EVERYTHING in the house! That either happens at our prices... or yours!

Electronics:  Bose cinemate,  Bose wave sound system with CD, headphones (one vintage in box), new in box printer.

Kitchen: Le Creuset, dining set w/2leafs & 4 chairs*, lots of NIB items, toaster oven, emeril fry oven, microwave, storage containers. HUGE stainless steel table on wheels*, cookbooks, Queen of England & family collectibles VINTAGE (1960 & older), stoneware, tea pots … more posts as we get through everything. 

Bedrooms/office:  printers,  rolling chairs, shelves…(more to be added) Full/Double size bed*, cane headboard, 3 dressers (dovetail) & matching night stands. 

Back bedroom: large/tall oak media storage*, 2 dressers, 2 CPAPs, Men’s Depends and Health care items. 

Clothing:  men’s XL & XXL slacks, shirts, t-shirts, shorts, swim trunks, socks & shoes size 12.

Linens:  Towels - bath, hand & wash cloths, kitchen towels, sheets and blankets. 

Garage: Gun Safe*, 2 upright freezers*, smaller chest freezer*, tools, 2 Office Depot glass & metal desks* NIB, vacuums, shop vac, electric garden tiller, Vintage K-Mart box fans (work), food, shop towels, ladder, gardening items,, (and other things that we haven’t unpacked yet),
