We want our estate sales to be a fun, friendly experience for everyone! All sales are final and everything is sold as-is, where-is. Entry is first come, first served. We never use sign-up sheets, lists, or numbers. There are no public restrooms available. Please come prepared with your own boxes, bags, packing materials and, most importantly, muscles for moving your purchases! Buyers are responsible for safely removing and loading their items. Nest Egg Estate Sales and the property owner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage to personal property while attending the sale. And one final rule: grumpy people are not accepted as a form of payment. Be kind, have fun, dig for treasures, and enjoy the hunt!
