To be equitable to all customers, our sales are first come, first serve. Please arrive early for the best selection. On sale days we'll be open daily from 10am .
We ask that you be respectful of our neighbors and do not block driveways. Please be mindful of blocking other cars.
If you need to load any heavy items, please bring additional helpers. Due to the layout of the property, some larger items will not be able to be removed until the sale concludes. We are happy to arrange convenient pick up times.
