1. Debit and/or Credit Card Purchases:  Valid Photo ID Required for Major Credit Card Purchases.  No Exceptions
2. Checks: are NOT Accepted.
3. Sales: As always, all sales are FINAL, and “AS IS”.  We encourage you to check everything carefully before you make a purchase.   Neither refunds nor returns will be made once an item has been paid for.
4. Picking Up Items: If you pick up a bid item, it is your responsibility to make sure that all items, attachments, etc. are with the purchased item.  
5. Your Items: As always, you will need to make your own arrangements to get your purchases home.  We are not able to help you move furniture or other large pieces.   Additionally, we are not responsible for loading your vehicle nor how you get your purchased items home (Yes, I can’t believe that we have to state this.). Thank you for your forethought and preparation!
6. Photos: Please note that the photos for the jewelry and other valuables will not be the same as they are presented at the estate, as valuables are never left on the premises.  Also, prices shown in photos are subject to change.

From the Margret E. Short Fine Arts website:
Oregon artist Margret E. Short specializes in still life/floral and portraits, and recently expanded her repertoire to include landscapes. Short is a Signature Member of Oil Painters of America and a Master Signature Member of American Women Artists. In 2018, she was honored with the Samuel T. Shaw Memorial Award at the Salmagundi Club Annual Juried Members Exhibit in New York City. In March of 2019, Margret received an Award of Excellence at the Virtuosos of the Oil Painters of America in St. Augustine, Florida.
Margret has also been awarded four first prize awards at the Salmagundi Club: in 1998, 2005, 2010, and 2012. In 2014, Margret won a coveted Honorable Mention Award from Exhibit Juror David Leffel at the Salon International in San Antonio. In 1998, Ms. Short won the Director’s Purchase Prize at Wichita’s National Small Oil Painting Exhibit. Short has captured many other awards, including the Grumbacher Gold Medallion at the 1999 Oil Painters of America Exhibit in Scottsdale, AZ.

AMONG THE FINEST PEARLS AVAILABLE

Mikimoto pearls are the highest grade of cultured pearls available. Mikimoto pearls were first created by Kokichi Mikimoto in 1893 after years of painstaking research and trials using an implanted core to Akoya oyster shells. The oysters built up layers of nacre creating cultured pearls more quickly than a natural pearl would grow. The same process is still used today by Mikimoto.
