Your number will hold your place in line, which means that once you get your number, you can leave the venue and return once the doors open.
There is a staircase up to the estate, so limited accessibility for entry on top of 4 stories of shopping within the home.
We accept cash or credit cards for payment.
All sales are final and must be picked up on the day of the sale unless other arrangements are discussed.
We offer a holding area for you to place your goods while shopping.
We do not allow large bags, boxes or backpacks; no exceptions.
Must arrange your own pickup and delivery by end of sale. We can recommend services.

Come explore Gary Germer's estate warehouse sale where you will find a mix of estates and consigned pieces offering an expansive and diverse shopping experience at amazing prices. Since we can't let people into our physical warehouse due to logistical issues, we will be hosting the sale at the home of one of our current estate client's in the Laurelhurst/Sandy neighborhood. We have trucked over lots of great items for all types of shoppers from small tchotchkes to large pieces of furniture. A trove of vintage jewelry and clothing from fashionable accessories to designer gowns and fur coats. There will be a range of furniture from antique to mid-century chairs, tables, wardrobes, trunks, and storage chests. Vintage signs and neons for former businesses.
