By attending and/or purchasing from any sale hosted by WeDo Estate Sales, you ("Buyer") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are in place to ensure a smooth, transparent, and fair experience for all parties.

All Sales Are Final
* No Refunds or Exchanges: All items are sold **AS IS, WHERE IS**, with no guarantees, warranties, or returns accepted.
* Please inspect items carefully before purchase. All sales are considered final once a transaction is completed.

Condition of Items
* No Guarantee of Functionality: WeDo Estate Sales does not claim that any item is in 100% working condition. Items are pre-owned, vintage, or antique and may show signs of wear, damage, or defect.
* It is the Buyer’s responsibility to test and evaluate items before purchase where possible. No repairs, testing or refunds will be performed by WeDo Estate Sales once sale / transaction is completed.

Payment Terms
* Payment methods accepted may include cash, credit/debit cards and venmo
* Personal checks are not accepted.
* Exact change is encouraged if paying with cash.

Pickup & Removal
* Purchased items must be removed on the same day of the sale, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
* Buyers are responsible for bringing their own tools, packing materials, and assistance for removal. Staff are not available to help with loading or transport.

Item Representation
* Descriptions, photographs, and other promotional materials are provided for reference only if available and may not accurately reflect the condition or completeness of items.
* WeDo Estate Sales does not warrant the accuracy of any representation regarding age, origin, value, or authenticity of any item.

Personal Safety & Liability
* Buyers enter the sale premises at their own risk. WeDo Estate Sales is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damage that may occur during attendance at the sale.

Conduct and Fairness
* We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including disruptive behavior or failure to comply with these terms.
* No early entry or holding of items is allowed.
