All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS," with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or credits will be provided.
Inspection of Items
Buyers are responsible for inspecting items before purchase. Descriptions, measurements, and photographs are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Cash ONLY-Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Purchased items must be removed during designated pickup hours and bring help for heavy items.
Buyers are responsible for all labor, packing materials, transportation, and loading.
Items not picked up by the specified deadline may be considered abandoned and resold without refund.
Property Access-Participants enter the property at their own risk. Children must remain under adult supervision at all times. No public bathroom use
Liability Waiver-The estate, homeowner, executor, estate sale company, and their representatives shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or accident occurring on the premises.
Hold Harmless Agreement-Buyers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the estate, homeowner, executor, and estate sale organizers from any claims arising from participation in the sale or use of purchased items.
Item Availability-Items may be withdrawn from sale at any time without notice. Availability is not guaranteed until payment is completed.
Security: The sale premises may be monitored by video surveillance. Theft, tampering, or disruptive conduct may result in removal from the property and referral to law enforcement.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the sale is conducted.
Acceptance
