We are having an unexpected estate sale this Saturday, July 4th, at JP's. The sale we were supposed to be having the first weekend of August has hit a hard and fast road block. The park doesn't allow sales, and, the home sold and escrow is 21 days. We've had about 36 hours to make this somewhat work. So come on out to Rogue River if you have nothing better to do. 310 E.
