Payment Instructions: The Bidder agrees to pay a 15% Buyer’s Premium that will be added to the final hammer price. The sum of the purchase price plus the 15% Buyer’s Premium is the final purchase price. This includes the premium charged by the online vendor, Proxibid. The Bidder is required to enter valid credit card information upon registration with Proxibid. If Bidder has previously registered with Proxibid, please make sure the credit card information on file is current before you register for the auction. Auctioneer will not collect a sales tax on items selling in this auction. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. All accounts will be settled immediately at the conclusion of the auction and an electronic invoice will be sent to the winning bidder’s email via Proxibid. THE BIDDER’S CREDIT CARD THAT IS ON FILE WITH PROXIBID WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE AUCTION. Bidders are required to pay Auctioneer for winning bids, including the Buyer’s Premium. All sales are final, and the Bidder hereby waives their right to initiate a charge-back on his/her credit card for any reason. If Bidders card declines, Bidder will be charged a $30 processing fee to run another card. Failure to pay will result in the Bidder being reported to Proxibid for non-payment and Bidder will be restricted from bidding in future Auctioneer auctions, and possibly Proxibid auctions.

Pickups are available by appointment. We appreciate your support. If you live outside of the local area we will ship your items to you. Your credit card will automatically be charged for shipping once the actual costs have been calculated. Shipping is handled by the Newberg Mail Room -- please only call them for your shipping tracking number. They can be reached at 503-538-5555. -Shipping is only provided for smaller items -- not furniture, especially heavy, or over-sized items; buyers must make their own freight arrangements for these items. -All property is sold 'AS IS - WHERE IS'. Neither Nest Egg Auctions & Estates Company or the Consignor makes any representation or warranty, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability, fitness, or condition of the property or as to the correctness of description, genuineness, attribution, provenance or period of the property. On the fall of the Auctioneer's hammer, title to the offered lot or article passes to the highest bidder who assumes full risk and responsibility thereof. -By registering to bid in our event you are hereby granting permission for us to notify you of future events hosted by Nest Egg Auctions. In the event you do not wish to be on our email or regular mail list, please notify us and we will promptly remove your name. We will not sell your information to anyone. -Should Nest Egg Auction be prevented by fire, theft or any reason whatsoever from delivery of any property to the purchaser, our liability shall be limited to the sum paid by the purchaser. -The Lots in this auction can be viewed by appointment only by texting or calling (503)991-0256. Please look at the pictures as this is the actual box lot you will receive. It is the buyer's responsibility to make that determination in regards to condition of the items. We do not guarantee authenticity of any item. That is the buyer's responsibility to schedule an appointment and view the items before bidding.
