Please bring helpers to assist you with moving and hauling any large items. Pick-ups for a later date (Sunday, etc.) may be possible with a deposit or full payment.
We open promptly at the times listed. Please no early birds, but you can line up at the entry door a few minutes before. No lists.
We accept all major credit cards, venmo and paypal and charge a 3% fee for those payment options. We accept Cash of course. No checks will be accepted. No valuables left on-site. Caretaker on-site. Property is monitored.
Attending a sale is a voluntary act and Thompson’s Estate Services, LLC and the homeowner are not responsible for any accidents that may occur on the premises during the sale.
We will be following ALL COVID-19 RECOMMENDED PROTOCOLS during our sales. For the time being, a mask will be required to enter the indoor portion of the property, whether you are vaccinated or not. We want to keep our staff and customers safe and checking vaccine cards is not practical due to our work. If you do not have a mask, we have free masks available for you at the entry. Hand sanitizer is also available. If you are sick, please stay home and feel better. We will have plenty of other sales in the future that you can join us at.
