No Grabbing items out of other hands or out of their HOLD PILES, WE TRY TO GET YOU THROUGH THE CASH DESK ASAP, BUT THERE IS always SO MUCH STUFF I'M SURE FOLKS WILL WANT TO LOOK THOROUGHLY.  (IF THERE IS RAIN, WE MAY CHOOSE TO HAND OUT NUMBERS, TO HELP FOLKS STAY DRY.) PREPARE FOR WALKING! BRING YOUR OWN BAG, or boxes. WE may ASK YOU TO EMPTY your box or bags. Feel FREE TO BRING GLOVES AND FLASHLIGHTS.  WE LOOK SO FORWARD TO YOU COMING AND ENJOYING THE WONDERFUL TIME CAPSULE, THIS BEAUTIFUL FAMILY HAS LET US INTO THEIR LIVES!!!! PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL AND KIND TO EACH OTHER, to the property, and homeowners' things! IF YOU ARE BUYING TOOLS OR LARGE ITEMS FEEL FREE to make a pile in the "sold" area or in the yard, when you are finished shopping let one of us know and we will have someone MAKE A cost only list of the items you are purchasing FOR YOU TO TAKE TO THE REGISTER, makes it easier on everyone just know that your receipt may not add up the same as what is on the written list, in order to save time sometimes we add items together, and then calculate it to get people through the line faster.  YOU MAY NOT GO THROUGH YOUR ITEMS WHEN YOU GET TO THE REGISTER, please decide ahead of time it makes other customers have to wait and that is NOT fair... SEE YOU SOON!!!!

b) First in line, first in the door... We will NOT play favorites. (Sometimes in inclement weather we may hand out numbers so you may sit in your
car but only then)
c) Please bring help to move large or heavy items. We do NO heavy lifting!! Bring your own tools when needed. NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS
d) ADA - individuals if you need a place to park close you must call 503-984-2998 - 2 days prior to the sale so we can make sure we have a spot for you, we will only have one spot available, so please plan to have someone drop you off at the driveway, you just can't block the driveway we
use it for pick up only. We Accept: CASH ONLY, / I'm sorry we cannot accept checks.
e) At our sales if you are interested in a piece of furniture, it is very important that you pull the large tag off the furniture and replace it will a sold sticker which are located on the walls. We will have both available. Thank you for shopping with David Johnson Estate Sales.
f) The houses we work in are under 24/7 watch and alarmed. Our sales have security cameras and civilian clothed security present, not to mention customers that love to tattle on YOU. SHOPLIFTERS will be prosecuted!! If you are caught changing or removing price tags (that is stealing as well and you will be leaving immediately
g) ALL SALES ARE FINAL We provide great shopping experiences. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
